About the Artist

Heather Mays is an intuitive artist who works in acrylic, watercolor, mixed media and digital mediums. At the heart of her work is our connection to the unseen: angels and Spirit, the beauty of the natural world and the vast inner landscapes we each carry. She is drawn to the thresholds of Life, the liminal spaces - where the visible and invisible meet. Heather invites her viewers to pause there with her and deepen their connection with all Life.

Her paintings are a reminder of a simple truth - the sacred moments can be found in the midst of ordinary life, hidden in plain sight.

Heather resides in North Carolina with her smart and sassy border collie (and studio assistant) Findlay.
